I've got money in Wallet, but my Uvodo Card shows 0, why?

Your Uvodo Wallet comprises both pending and available funds. When you receive a payment, it initially appears in your pending balance due to the refund allowance period. After a span of 30 days, once this allowance period concludes, the funds will automatically transition to your available balance. From there, you'll be able to utilize them using your Uvodo Card.

When I can start spending the money in Wallet?

You're free to commence spending your earnings once the 30-day refund allowance period has elapsed.
